This year, the standout detail is our groundbreaking S-TEC technology, introduced for the first time in the JP lineup. The weight saving is impressive: This generation of Ultimate Wave boards is about 500 grams or more lighter! This is achieved through several key changes:

* No paint

* Reduction of anti-slip, used only in standing areas

* Reduction of UV-paint

* Smaller pads – less EVA and less glue

* Elimination of the rear centre fin box

* Refined custom lamination process, with fibres prepared and laminated separately

ELIMINATION OF THE REAR CENTRE FIN BOX FOR FURTHER WEIGHT SAVING

All four fin boxes are slot boxes, with the ones for the side fins being even shorter for better performance.

Slightly further back compared to previous models for greater control and manoeuvrability on the wave and enabling riders to adjust their turns at any time.
